The Challenge
In 2022, Tayyab invited me to join their team to address critical issues on their mobile platform. Their applications received low ratings in stores due to design and development-related errors and inconveniences. The primary challenges revolved around issues with debit card issuance, registration processes, and account replenishment.
Additionally, a complete application redesign, the development of a design system, and the creation of a prototype for the Turkish market were required.
